"Worry a little bit every day and in a lifetime you will lose a couple of years. If something is wrong, fix it if you can. But train yourself not to worry. Worry never fixes anything."
Mary Hemingway

  1. hey, this one applies to me; the perennial worrier that I am.

  2. I see worry as an instigator that provokes me challenge a situation...

  3. Worry about a past event is pure waste of time and energy…
Worry about the future event has a dimension to it…. Do you worry about the potential problem or do you worry about the search for a solution…
I think you worry about the solution... that’s mature of you.
